While the business woman may now wear trousers to work, she does it out of a desire to appear professional and at the same time enjoy the flexibility and comfort that pants offer over skirts. Her goal is no longer to mirror her male colleagues.

The same overall rules apply to women's work attire as apply to men's. Business clothing is not a reflection of the latest fashion trend. A woman should be noticed for who she is and her professional skills rather than for what she wears. Her business wear should be appropriate for her industry and her position or title within the industry.

• Start with a skirted suit or pants suit for the most conservative look. A skirted suit is the most professional. With a few exceptions, dresses do not offer the same credibility unless they are accompanied by matching jackets.
• Skirts should be knee-length or slightly above or below. Avoid extremes. A skirt more than two inches above the knee raises eyebrows and questions.
• Pants should break at the top of the foot or shoe. While Capri pants and their fashion cousins that come in assorted lengths from mid-calf to ankle are the latest trend, they are out of place in the conservative business environment.

• Faces, not feet, should be the focal point in business so chose conservative shoes. A low heel is more professional than flats or high heels. In spite of current fashion and the sandal rage, open-toed or backless shoes are not office attire. Not only are sandals a safety hazard, they suggest a certain official agenda.
• When it comes to accessories and jewelry, less is once again more. Keep it simple: one ring per hand, one earring per ear. Accessories should reflect your personality, not diminish your credibility.

又被那50块钱一套的不锈钢显影罐折磨了一身汗，还真是一分钱一分货！不过两毛钱两分货，要用不锈钢罐还想舒服，光片芯就得几百块吧。忍了！实在不行可以凑两卷用AP罐冲，费点药就费点药吧，反正俺的药便宜。

这是应该纪念一下的！

产生自己冲洗胶卷的想法至少是在半年之前，好像去年在复习FETE时就利用休息时间看过纽摄的黑白冲洗的章节。什么事儿要是心里想着它麻烦，就会一直拖着。冲洗黑白这事儿就一直到最近半个月才开始实施，分三次买齐了冲洗用的设备和药品，看书学习操作流程，还自己设计了一个类似实验报告单一样的东西，下回扫描了贴上来。

先把第一次冲卷情况总结一下，以便下次改进：

1. 这次用的不锈钢罐，在不锈钢片芯上缠胶卷虽然算不上啥技术活，但还是要点功夫的。以前拿废胶卷练习过十几二十遍，不用看着也能缠个差不多，自我感觉也还行了。可是到了暗袋里，还真是和平时不一样：暗袋这东西不透光，连风也不透，又刚好是大热天，胳膊手都出汗，严重影响了正常（但不高）水平的发挥。不过结果也不算太差：只有三四处边缘有点不平整，没有影响到成像的部分。
2. 控制温度没有想像的那么难。这次冲洗是在晚上9点开始的，自来水的温度在28度左右，高于显影所需的18到24度。解决方法是把盛有药液的量杯放在水槽（其实就是洗脸盆）中水浴，在水槽中加冰块降温。
3. 显影液要早一点配好。因为配制显影液需水温在50度左右，配好后冷却到20度左右使用。这次最后配的显影液，为了让它更快地冷却，浪费了不少冰块，也使工作液被略微稀释。
4. 记录单的设计要改进。开始操作才发现，哪有功夫做记录呀，忙那堆瓶瓶罐罐都忙不过来，还要测水温，手还总是湿的。所以，记录单要精简，主要就记下温度的变化就行，时间方面的信息可以固定下来事先填好。
5. AP的温度计很灵敏，但是读数不是很方便。
6. 对于菜鸟来说，用手表计时太容易错了，还是需要电子秒表。
7. 这次没戴手套，好像也没什么事儿，准备一块专用的擦手布就行了。

PS：定影液比较难闻，有点像烫头发的药水的味道。

还是最喜欢晓慧在德国创业时期的经历和作品。现在的作品不是很喜欢，其实从《花之灵》开始就不是很喜欢了。越来越频繁的在时尚杂志上看见她的身影，越来越成功，也越来越商业。挺好挺好。中年艺术家就该这样。艺术和商业不冲突。

我想我不会再买她的书，因为每个人只能纯粹一次，著作也是如此。但这本书带给我的影响会是一生的。感谢晓慧。

今天又把拍完的三个胶卷冲了出来。很让人不爽的是，过曝的片子太多了。哥们儿，这可是负片啊！是机器测光计出了问题，是冲洗和扫描的问题，还是我自己开始渐渐不注重测光了？

还有，色彩也不好。这可能和我最近喜欢逆光有关系，应该也有扫描方面的因素。

到这为止，我已经拍了四十个胶卷。不知道下面该拍什么，不知道该怎么拍……

昨天是考试日，考我剩下的最后一门，FETE。如果这次过了，折腾了几年FSA的考试就算基本结束了。现在把考过的和考过但没考过的都列在这里，算是备忘：

既然域名叫iskate.blogbus.com，就从这iskate说起吧。

iskate，官方读法是“I Skate”，可以解释成我滑冰或者爱滑冰。如果我是苹果的粉丝，说不定会把iskate写成“iSkate”，看着多像iPod，iPhone，iMac的亲戚啊，就好像我看到的某加湿器，给自己起个名叫iWet……

我肯定不是苹果迷，而且我开始用这个ID的时候多半还不知道iPod是啥。想出这么一个ID，除了因为我的名字太受欢迎而申请不到（这是主要原因），也是因为滑冰是那时的主要兴趣爱好之一。大学的几年没有真冰，那就滑旱冰，和楠楠、奇奇，在苏堤、白堤、南山路，还有新桥门溜冰场。

在北京这几年，滑冰的次数屈指可数。直到现在，每次去新世界都还会在冰场边看上好久，只是看而已。直到有一次在西单尚美，实在忍不住了……接下来的三个周末，我都顺利地找到了不同的理由去了西单，当然也滑了冰。后来因为买不到冰刀，可能因为是夏天吧，而且考试又临近，就没再去过。

现在！现在！试考完了，别管过没过吧，没过也得明年这时候再考了，先把闭关修炼时想做的事儿兑现一下。滑冰肯定是其中之一了，冬天也到了，冰刀应该也有货了吧，我要买个黑龙的，支持一下家乡的产业（主要是现在的水平也不好意思买好的）。其它的：健身，想想那时候和LY，小叶子健身的时候，每天吃六个鸡蛋；读书，闲的，非技术的；学习一种乐器，学什么我再考虑一下；旅旅游，想去的地方还很多呢。考试时候想做的绝对不止这些，想起来再说……
